Dr. Anna Graklanoff
Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist
Founder
What do you want to be when you grow up? That is the question every child is asked. My entire life I have cared about others and have had the desire to make an impact on people’s lives for the better. I believe that I can help people improve their quality of life and increase overall health. I value the Naturopathic philosophy of treating the root cause of a problem instead of covering it up.
I graduated from Bastyr University with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I specialize in pain management (including neural therapy, prolotherapy, and PRP injections), fertility, chronic fatigue, stress, and primary care including thyroid disorders, Gastrointestinal complaints (GERD, IBS, Crohn's, food sensitivities, etc), sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, autoimmune disease, bioidentical hormones, and more. I have extended education in IV therapy, injection therapy, nutrition, and botanical and Chinese herbal formulas. My undergraduate degree includes a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science from Colorado State University.
While at Bastyr University, I was provided with a great opportunity to volunteer and give back to the community. Locally I worked with two homeless shelters, Tent City and Roots Youth Shelter. I also volunteered with the Foster Children of Seattle. Furthermore, I travelled to Haiti where I volunteered in two clinics, Naturopaths Without Boarders and Mamababy Haiti. To my surprise for all of my volunteer work I was honored with the Sheila Quinn Service to Society Award.

Dr. Rebekah Thompson
Naturopathic Doctor
I have been interested in medicine since I was very young. No one could figure out why I was having stomach pain. I was just a child and I felt unheard. From that point on I knew that I really wanted to be a doctor. I wanted to help children feel heard and feel better because its an opportunity I didn’t have. As I began this journey, I started seeing varieties of people: men, women and children. Hearing all of their stories, I noticed many of them felt the same way I did, unheard by their doctors.
I became a naturopathic physician because I believe in the core of naturopathic medicine. I believe in finding the root cause of the problem and treating that, not just the symptoms. I believe in educating my patients on what I believe, not just telling them what will help; so that they can understand too.
I graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. I specialize in chronic disease and primary care for pediatrics and adults. More specifically I specialize in thyroid disorders, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anxiety, endometriosis, bioidentical hormones, fertility, pediatrics, and more. Through nutrition, homeopathy, botanicals and more I help people take back their health!
Dr. Rachel Iacobazzi Riecan
Naturopathic Doctor
The first time I visited a Naturopathic Doctor, my career was already established working in sales and marketing. My life changed in that first appointment. I was moved by the way the doctor listened, educated me in great detail, and gave me a broad treatment plan that didn’t involve just another medication. This philosophy really spoke to me and I decided on the spot to change career paths. It was a long road getting here, but I truly believe I have found my calling.
Along with primary care medicine, I have a penchant for sports medicine and enjoy working with musculoskeletal injuries. I believe proper physical, mental, and spiritual movement and alignment are important to health, thus, I often weave in modalities such as craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, gentle spinal and joint manipulation, mind-body medicine, nutrition, and homeopathy. Within the realm of primary care, I manage women's health (including well woman exams), men's health (including prostate exams), thyroid and sex hormone imbalances (including bioidential hormones), digestive imbalances, cardiovascular, and rheumatological complaints, mental health, and adrenal and stress responses, among others.
My undergraduate degree is in foreign languages and business from Gonzaga University and I earned my Naturopathic Doctorate from Bastyr University. I also have history with massage therapy in which I specialized in sports and therapeutic massage.
Dr. Sasha Mastroianni
Naturopathic Doctor
I became a naturopathic doctor because I wanted access to a full range of tools to help people feel better—not just prescriptions and procedures, but also hands-on therapies, nutrition, botanical herbs, and more. I earned my medical degree from Bastyr University and completed a residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health. After that, I joined a collaborative family practice, where I provided full-spectrum primary care to all ages. This education allow me to offer an integrative, evidence-informed approach that combines conventional tools with holistic treatments.
Alongside general primary care my specialties include mental health, hormonal (with herbs or BHRT) and reproductive health, pelvic wellness, dermatology, and pediatrics.
Hormonal, Sexual & Pelvic Health
I provide care for people navigating menstrual concerns, PCOS, PMDD, endometriosis, perimenopause, low libido, pelvic pain, and sexual wellness goals. Hormones can be balanced with Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy or Botanical Herbs. I’ve also completed advanced training in Holistic Pelvic Care™, a gentle internal therapy focused on the fascial and energetic patterns of the pelvic bowl. It’s particularly helpful for addressing mild to moderate pelvic pain, weakness, and congestion (such as pain with sex, postpartum changes, or feeling disconnected from the pelvic area). I also offer Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Massage, which supports reproductive and digestive organ health, circulation, and overall pelvic vitality.
Chronic Skin Conditions
I work with patients experiencing acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and seborrheic dermatitis using a root-cause, inside-out approach. This includes investigating underlying triggers like food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, gut health, or environmental factors. My goal is not just symptom relief, but long-term skin healing.
Pediatrics
I aim to offer care that parents can trust and children can feel safe in. I focus on whole-child health—supporting physical, emotional, and developmental wellbeing—with a gentle, root-cause approach to common concerns. I provide well-child exams, monitor growth and milestones, and offer natural treatment options for issues like sleep, digestion, allergies, skin conditions, and behavior. I prioritize open communication, respect for parental insight, and thoughtful, individualized care that supports families in making informed health decisions.

Primary Care with a Holistic Lens
In addition to specialty care, I also offer primary care services including physical exams, lab testing, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management. My approach is collaborative and individualized—I want you to feel informed, respected, and empowered in your care. I welcome patients of all identities and backgrounds, and bring a body-positive, gender-inclusive lens to care.
